EP-6000 Fully Automatic Infrared Oil Analyzer

3. Technical Requirements
1. Fully automatic operation: Automatic sample injection, extraction, dehydration filtration, measurement, liquid drainage and cleaning; capable of processing 1 to 10 water samples in one batch without manual intervention.
2. Occupational health & safety: All extraction procedures are fully automated with zero manual contact with chemical reagents. All operations are carried out inside a standard fume hood to protect operator health.
3. ★ The automatic sampler shall adopt an orbital curved sliding door for convenient placement and removal of sample bottles, maximizing instrument working efficiency. (Photographic evidence of the orbital curved sliding door of the automatic sampler shall be provided.)
4. High-precision automatic syringe: Reagent dosage adjustable from 0 to 25 mL; automatic dilution for over-range concentrations, automatic preparation of quality control samples, and one-click calibration for standard curve generation.
5. ★ One-click calibration: Equipped with standard infrared oil reference filter for one-click calibration. Multiple corrections can be performed without chemical reagents; single-point and multi-point automatic detection & correction functions for simplified operation.
6. One-click batch testing: Complete detection of multiple water samples with one single operation after power-on; no intermediate manual operations to reduce operator workload.
7. ★ Core oil-water separation technology: Anti-clog demulsifying membrane and oil-water separation membrane with an effective filtration diameter of 35 mm. Dual-membrane separation replaces anhydrous sodium sulfate. (Photographic evidence of the dual-membrane assembly and 35 mm diameter membrane shall be provided.)
8. ★ Compact footprint compliant with national standard requirements: The complete unit can fit inside a standard 1.2-meter fume hood. Built-in 10-inch touchscreen industrial computer with full Windows OS control; USB ports support intelligent data processing, storage and printing. (Photographic evidence showing the main instrument, control computer and pre-treatment unit placed inside a standard 1.2 m fume hood shall be provided.)
9. ★ Anti-reflection screen design: The integrated control touchscreen mounted on the main unit is adjustable from 0° to 90° to eliminate light reflection interference during viewing. The overall instrument footprint is compact for all-angle convenient operation. (Photographic evidence of the integrated screen assembly at multiple tilt angles from 0° to 90° shall be provided.)
10. Dual-system software with one-click switch for UV & infrared oil measurement; software copyright certificate is required. Supports one-click switching between semi-automatic and fully automatic operation modes.
11. ★ Infinite automatic filling, replacement and discharge of magnesium silicate (one-time replacement per test as required by national standards). Two 24V motors mounted at both ends of the magnesium silicate column control opening/closing to realize unlimited automatic filling, replacement and discharge of magnesium silicate. Fully automatic testing for total oil, petroleum and animal & vegetable oils; real-time display of residual magnesium silicate volume. (Photographic evidence of the magnesium silicate column assembly and the 24V motors at both ends shall be provided; disposable pre-packed magnesium silicate cartridges are not allowed.)
12. ★ Tri-wavenumber characteristic peak spectrum scanning, fully complying with HJ 637-2018. Sample concentration results are traceable and verifiable via absorbance peak scanning spectrograms.
13. Chain-type sample turntable: Wide-mouth sample bottles can be loaded directly for extraction without sample transfer; the instrument automatically reads sample volume and performs calculations with zero manual contact with water samples.
14. ★ Extraction unit equipped with dual propeller stirring system with forward-reverse stirring function, delivering an extraction efficiency of 99%. (High-definition real machine photos of the dual stirring assembly shall be provided as evidence.)
15. ★ To prevent corrosion of core components caused by volatile organic reagents during sample extraction and avoid abnormal test data induced by heat buildup inside the main unit affecting reagent stability, switching valves and syringes shall not be installed inside the main instrument cabinet.
16. ★ Automatic dual flow cell switching function: Auto-switch between Cell 1 and Cell 2. Cell 1 for automatic water sample testing, Cell 2 for semi-automatic testing. No manual flow cell replacement required for high-throughput sample measurement. (Multiple stamped high-definition full-instrument photos demonstrating the dual flow cell switching process shall be provided as certified evidence.)
